Amara

Adrian Amara, or just Amara, is one of the most exciting artists on the Norwegian hip-hop and R&B scene. The artist generated massive hype through his “Atlantis”-release in 2019, reaching solid streaming numbers in the process. This successful launch brought on interest from stakeholders in the music industry and new opportunities, like his performance at the Findings Festival in Oslo later the same year.

Amara is part of the Rolig Records Collective, now affiliated with Warner Music in Norway. He has released two mixtapes and an EP since, respectively “For fremtiden (2020)”, “Skrubbsår og skallebank (2021)” and «Kognitiv Dissonans» (2022).

The EP "Kognitiv Dissonans" is about trying to be yourself in a world where a thousand things happen at the same time. How to maneuver between reason and temptations. You also get to feel the discomfort that occurs when thoughts and actions do not agree with values and attitudes.

With other amazing projects lining up and a rapidly growing fanbase, 2023 is shaping up to be a massive year for this multi-talented artist!
