donkeyboy is a multiplatinum selling electropop band formed in Drammen, Norway in 2005. The band consists of Kent Sundberg, Cato Sundberg, Thomas Drabløs and Peter Michaelsen.

donkeyboy is one of the most successful Scandinavian electropop acts of the late noughties, and they stand behind smash singles such as “City Boy”, “Sometimes”, and  “Ambitions” which are all multiplatinum in Norway. The latter stayed at number one for 12 weeks on the chart.  Later that year, donkeyboy supported a-ha on their Foot of The Mountain-tour across the world. The band has also been nominated for Best Norwegian Act at the MTV European Music Awards and received three awards at the Norwegian Grammys.

The band has perfomed on VG-lista topp 20, the Norwegian TV-show Skavlan, Senkveld and P3 Christine Live, to mention a few.

With new music in the pipeline, following the recent releases of "Kaleidoscope" and "It'll Be Alright", 2019 could mark the start of a yet another adventure for the pop quartet.
