EMMY
Emmy or Emmy Kristine Guttulsrud Kristiansen grew up in a musical family in Sande in Vestfold of Norway. After winning her semi-final in the 2021 Norwegian Eurovision qualification and advancing to the final with the song “Witch Woods”, the then 20-year-old EMMY stood on stage in front of TV-audience of 1.8 million prime time on national broadcaster, NRK. Despite not going all the way in the final, the song climbed the charts, proving that EMMY is an artist and songwriter to be reckoned with on the Norwegian music scene for years to come.
She has since impressed with recent releases such as “Collection” and “Venus (Why Don’t We Run)”. With several projects in the making, it’s going to be very exciting to follow this 21 year old multi talented singer/songwriter in the future.
